Six Indian companies, including Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery, are set to launch IPOs next week, aiming to raise a combined ₹5,600 crore in the primary market.
India’s primary market is set for a significant week, with six companies planning to raise approximately ₹5,600 crore through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart are expected to contribute substantially to this fundraising effort.

- Horizon Industrial Parks: Launching a ₹2,600 crore IPO on August 17.

Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks will price its shares between ₹57-60 per share. The proceeds from this fresh share sale are primarily designated for debt repayment.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart’s offering features a price band of ₹190-201 per share. This includes a fresh issue up to ₹1,200 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) up to ₹500 crore.
Upcoming Market Entrants
Shankesh Jewellers will open its IPO at ₹88-93 per share, combining fresh shares with an OFS. Sunshine Pictures, with a price band of ₹342-360 per share, also includes fresh shares and an OFS, where promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah will sell their holdings.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management, known as Gaja Capital, will offer shares at ₹152-160 per share. Its IPO consists of a fresh issue and an OFS, with proceeds typically supporting expansion and capital expenditure.
Tempsens Instruments (India) will launch its IPO with a focus on fresh shares. These upcoming issues generally aim to fund strategic growth, capital expenditures, debt reduction, and broader corporate requirements.
Broader Market View
These launches are projected to bring the total number of companies floating IPOs in 2026 to 54. The IPO pipeline remains active, with Skyways Air Services also slated to open its ₹583 crore IPO on August 24.
