India Exposition Mart Ltd has filed preliminary papers with Sebi for an Initial Public Offering, seeking to raise fresh capital and facilitate an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 75 lakh equity shares and an offer-for-sale of 23 lakh equity shares.
IPO Structure Unveiled
The company submitted its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) on Monday. This move aims to secure funding for significant infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.

Planned Capital Deployment
Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for specific capital expenditures at the India Expo Centre and Mart facilities.
- Rs 63.8 crore will fund upgrades to air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, lifts, escalators, variable frequency drives, and other related works.
- Rs 30.8 crore is allocated for renovating exhibition halls 4 and 6, constructing exhibition hall 18 at the India Expo Centre and Mart, and for general corporate purposes.

Established in 2001, the New Delhi-based India Exposition Mart operates the “India Expo Centre and Mart” in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on a leasehold basis. This integrated center provides services for the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) ecosystem.
