Noida-based India Exposition Mart Limited has officially submitted a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This filing initiates the company’s plans for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) that could consist of up to 30.2 million equity shares.
This latest submission signifies a renewed strategic effort by the company to enter the public markets, following a previous attempt. India Exposition Mart holds recognition as the fourth largest integrated exhibitions and conventions venue in the country, a key industry position.
Earlier IPO Bid Details
The company had previously filed a DRHP in March 2022, outlining its earlier intentions for a public listing. That former proposal detailed a distinct financial structure for its market debut, which has now been revisited.
- The initial IPO plan included a fresh issue of equity shares, aiming to raise Rs 450 crore.
- It also incorporated an offer-for-sale (OFS) component, involving up to 11,210,659 equity shares from existing shareholders.
