Incuspaze Targets Significant Revenue Growth Through iKeva Acquisition

Incuspaze, a prominent player in the workspace sector, is projecting to generate Rs 100 crore in revenue from its recent acquisition of iKeva. This strategic move is a key component of Incuspaze’s broader objective to achieve an annual revenue of Rs 1,000 crore by the fiscal year 2028-29.

The acquisition brings iKeva’s substantial portfolio of 18 workspace centres under Incuspaze’s umbrella. These centres collectively span 500,000 square feet, primarily concentrated in the key Indian metropolitan areas of Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

iKeva itself had outlined plans to double its existing workspace footprint during the current fiscal year. This expansion strategy aligns with Incuspaze’s overall growth trajectory in the competitive flexible workspace market.

Incuspaze’s aggressive revenue target of Rs 1,000 crore by FY28-29 is underpinned by a multifaceted strategy. This approach includes a combination of organic expansion, an increase in enterprise occupancy across its centres, and further strategic acquisitions similar to the iKeva deal.

The focus on augmenting its presence in high-demand urban centres like Hyderabad and Bengaluru through such acquisitions is critical for Incuspaze. These markets continue to witness robust growth in demand for flexible and managed office spaces from businesses of all sizes.

By integrating iKeva’s established operations and client base, Incuspaze aims to consolidate its market position and accelerate its path towards its long-term financial goals. The acquisition is expected to contribute significantly to both its immediate revenue streams and its expanded geographical reach.
