Highway Infrastructure has been informed about the cancellation of its significant affordable housing contract in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This development impacts a project under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

The contract involved the construction of houses and development of infrastructure for affordable housing at Plot Nos. 47 and 49, Commercial-cum-Residential Building Plan, Bhopal.

BPL Reports Q4 Net Loss

Separately, BPL reported a net loss of Rs -109.92 million for the quarter ended March 2026. While still a loss, this marks an improvement from the previous year’s figures.

  • Net Loss: Rs -109.92 million in Q4 March 2026, compared to Rs -174.19 million in Q4 March 2025.
  • Total Revenue: Remained nearly unchanged at Rs 196.17 million for the quarter.
  • Operating Profit: Saw a sharp decline to Rs 10.31 million from Rs 506.89 million in the year-ago period.

The company’s operating performance saw a notable contraction despite the reduced net loss.
