HDFC Flexi Cap Fund and Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund executed distinct portfolio adjustments in July 2026, according to recent analyses of their monthly holdings.
The HDFC Flexi Cap Fund actively expanded its equity portfolio with several new additions during the month.
HDFC Flexi Cap Fund: Key Equity Additions
- SBI Funds Management: 0.347% stake, valued at ₹384.24 crore.
- Biocon: 0.2807% holding, amounting to ₹310.84 crore.
- Diamond Power Infrastructure: 0.2035% holding, worth ₹225.34 crore.
- Ather Energy: 0.1753% holding, valued at ₹194.07 crore.
- Jupiter Life Line Hospitals: 0.0299% holding, totaling ₹33.15 crore.
Concurrently, HDFC Flexi Cap Fund exited its position in Birlasoft and reduced its existing holding in Eternal.
In contrast, the Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund (PPFAS) maintained its core equity strategy, holding 61 equity positions without any new additions or complete exits in July.
PPFAS did, however, increase its exposure to specific existing companies, including CIE Automotive India and Petronet LNG. The fund also undertook a significant rebalancing within its debt and money-market portfolio.
