Brokerage Concerns and Stock Performance

Despite strong headline numbers, InCred raised concerns regarding earnings quality. The group highlighted lower gross margins, potential one-off items in other operating expenses, and higher other income contributing to profit before tax. This analysis suggested a potential stock correction, with InCred recommending BEL over HAL for traders.

  • It later pared some of these gains, trading 1.3% higher at Rs 4,972.
