GHCL has officially commenced commercial production of a new product, ‘Vacuum Salt’ (Sodium Chloride), at its Soda Ash plant located in Sutrapada, near Veraval, Gujarat. This significant development took effect on August 31, 2026.
The newly launched Vacuum Salt is specifically categorized as food grade, indicating its high purity and suitability for consumption. This strategic move aims to cater to demands across both the domestic Indian market and international territories.
