Gamuda Berhad announces three new major urban development projects in Vietnam, reinforcing its commitment and expansion in the growing market.

Vietnam Expansion Heats Up

Gamuda Berhad, a Malaysian urban development giant, is doubling down on its Vietnam strategy, unveiling three major new projects as it approaches its 50th anniversary in 2026. This move solidifies its shift from an infrastructure specialist to an integrated city-maker across Asia.

Gamuda Land, the group’s subsidiary, is set to launch three strategic projects in late 2026:

  • Central Park, Hanoi: A mid-end integrated urban model within the 270-hectare Gamuda City township, featuring over 2,600 apartments across three towers.
  • ANesta, Southern Vietnam: Offers 761 mid-end apartments, targeting younger residents with strong urban connectivity.
  • Norton Park, Northern Ho Chi Minh City: A premium development with over 1,200 apartments and commercial units across 7.9 hectares, designed for international professionals.

These additions will expand Gamuda Land’s existing portfolio of 10 projects across Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Dong Nai.

From Infrastructure to City-Making

Founded in 1976, Gamuda Berhad is celebrating 50 years of evolution. The group has transitioned from large-scale engineering to a holistic “city-making” approach, integrating infrastructure, public spaces, and community facilities.

This strategy aims to create sustainable urban ecosystems, reflecting a global trend in urban development.

Betting on Vietnam’s Urban Future

Gamuda Land’s continued investment underscores its confidence in Vietnam’s rapid urbanization and growing demand for quality housing. The country’s real estate market is increasingly prioritizing urban quality, sustainability, and community value.

The company’s focus on green spaces, comprehensive amenities, and long-term management aligns directly with these evolving market demands.
