Fusion CX Ltd. reports a 128% YoY profit surge to Rs 169.84 Cr for FY26, ahead of its Rs 1,000 Cr IPO. Revenue up 36.8%, EBITDA jumps 66.8%.

Customer experience (CX) solutions provider Fusion CX Ltd. posted a **128% year-on-year increase** in profit after tax (PAT) to **Rs 169.84 crore** for FY2025-26, ahead of its proposed Rs 1,000-crore initial public offering (IPO).

This financial jump from Rs 74.40 crore PAT in FY2024-25 highlights robust revenue growth and enhanced operating efficiencies. CEO Pankaj Dhanuka noted the results underscore their effective execution strategy.

Key Financial Metrics

Operational revenue for the fiscal year climbed **36.8%** to **Rs 1,818.14 crore**.

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) saw a **66.8% rise**, reaching **Rs 329.87 crore**.

The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to **18.14%** from 14.88% in the previous fiscal year, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

Return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at **71.19%**, while return on equity (ROE) improved to **30.29%**.

Net profit margin also increased to **9.34%** from 5.60% in the prior year.

Kishore Saraogi, promoter and Executive Director, stated that the updated financials demonstrate the strength of their diversified global delivery model. He also mentioned ongoing investments in AI-led customer experience solutions to prepare for future expansion.

Market Contributions

North America remained the primary market, with the US and Canada contributing **85.26%** of FY2025-26 revenue, up from 75.34%.

India’s revenue contribution slightly decreased to **11.29%** from 19.40%, while the UK and Europe accounted for **3.11%**.

By industry, telecommunications and technology were the largest contributors at **47.34%** of revenue.

Banking, financial services, and insurance followed at **13.52%**, with healthcare contributing **13.14%**.

IPO and Expansion Plans

The proposed IPO seeks to raise **Rs 1,000 crore**, split into a fresh issue of **Rs 600 crore** and an offer for sale of **Rs 400 crore**.

Fusion CX operates delivery centers in **15 countries**, employing over **15,000 individuals**.

West Bengal serves as its largest offshore delivery cluster.

The company plans to invest **Rs 100 crore** over the next three years to establish an IT and ITeS campus at the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub in New Town, Kolkata.
