- Livyor Ventures Pvt Ltd removed ‘vegan & healthy’ claims from its ‘Livyor Roasted Edamame Beans’ and committed to destroying existing non-compliant packaging.
- Honest Innovations For You Pvt Ltd and Heliostone Specialities Pvt Ltd both modified their misleading trademarks.
- Rajasthan Agro and General Industries ceased using misleading claims and specific marketing materials.
- Iota Nanotechnology Pvt Ltd eliminated misleading claims and halted the production of non-standardized water.
- Panchamurtha Industries Pvt Ltd delisted an electrolyte drink from its website.
FSSAI’s Broader Enforcement Initiative
