Foseco India Limited has scheduled extensive interactions with equity analysts, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), and mutual funds from August 18 to August 20, 2026. These engagements will occur across multiple formats over the three-day period.

The company confirmed that all discussions during these sessions will strictly adhere to information already within the public domain. This ensures compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, preventing the disclosure of unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI).

Meeting Schedule Overview

• August 18, 2026: One-on-one meetings are planned.
• August 19, 2026: Further one-on-one sessions, followed by a group meeting in the afternoon.
• August 20, 2026: A company site visit is scheduled for attending firms.
