ET Money Launches Global Investing for Indian Investors
By Business Desk
ET Money introduces ‘Global Investing,’ allowing Indian investors to diversify portfolios with US stocks, international ETFs, and global mutual funds on one platform.
Indian investment application ET Money, a part of the 360 ONE WAM group, has officially launched its ‘Global Investing’ feature. This initiative significantly expands the platform’s long-term investment solutions, providing Indian investors with direct access to international markets.
Global Investing Avenues
The ‘Global Investing’ platform, powered by Vested Finance, offers multiple avenues for international diversification. Investors can directly engage with individual US Stocks.
International Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are available across various countries, sectors, and investment themes. Global Mutual Funds, managed by leading international asset managers, also form part of the offering. For a guided experience, professionally managed global portfolios present another option.
Addressing Diversification Needs
This expansion responds to a growing trend among Indian investors seeking to build diversified, long-term portfolios beyond the domestic market. The objective is to access global businesses and establish more resilient investment strategies. Previously, investors faced challenges such as regulatory uncertainties, including the Reserve Bank of India’s overseas investment limits on international mutual funds, and the inconvenience of managing global investments through separate applications.
Integrated Platform Benefits
ET Money’s integrated approach aims to remove these prior barriers, making global investing a seamless part of the user experience. Investors can now manage their international market exposures alongside other long-term investments like Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, and the National Pension System (NPS) within a single, unified platform.
Leadership Commentary
Mukesh Kalra, Founder & CEO of ET Money, noted a maturation in Indian investors, who are now focusing on constructing diversified long-term portfolios that increasingly include international exposure. Viram Shah, Co-Founder & CEO of Vested Finance, emphasized that global investing is shifting from a niche offering to a fundamental component of wealth building in India. He added that ET Money’s substantial user base provides a natural environment for this transition.
Launch Offer Details
To commemorate the launch, ET Money has introduced a limited-period ‘Go Global Offer.’ This initiative permits investors to engage in global investments with zero brokerage fees until August 15, 2026.
