EPSRR Holdings and Axton Capital partner to expand F&B concepts in Sri Lanka and Oman, utilizing J M Robertson’s existing operations.
EPSRR Holdings Private Limited has inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Axton Capital, UK, to expand its food and beverage concepts across Sri Lanka and the Sultanate of Oman.
This strategic collaboration leverages Axton’s subsidiary, J M Robertson & Company Limited, which already operates ‘Department of Coffee’ cafes in both target countries.

EPSRR, an investment holding company based in Cochin, Kerala, India, has a solid track record in the F&B sector.
It has successfully developed and invested in well-known brands like Club Sulaimani® and CS Signature® within India.
The company is also actively developing EPSRR Le Bistro® as part of its ambitious international expansion strategy.
Leadership on the Partnership
Mr. Riyas Kalliyath, Chairman of EPSRR and Club Sulaimani, stated that this MOU is EPSRR’s first significant step.
