By Business Desk
E2E Networks inks Rs 1,000 crore deal to supply NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs to an Indian AI firm until June 2029, boosting high-performance computing infrastructure.
Cloud infrastructure provider E2E Networks has inked a binding term sheet valued at approximately Rs 1,000 crore with an India-based sovereign artificial intelligence firm. This agreement focuses on supplying NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services.
Key Figures
- Deal Value: Rs 1,000 crore (excluding taxes)
- Agreement Duration: Until June 2029
- Planned Capital Raise: Up to Rs 1,500 crore
- Annual General Meeting: September 28, 2026
Deal Specifics & Strategic Rationale
The cloud infrastructure provider confirmed the deal is critical for securing long-term customers, driven by the increasing demand for high-performance computing infrastructure. This surge is directly linked to the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence across sectors.
E2E Networks clarified that the customer is a domestic entity. It is not affiliated with the company’s promoter group, ensuring it does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
Capital Expansion Plans
The board of E2E Networks simultaneously approved a proposal to raise capital up to Rs 1,500 crore. This funding can be secured through various methods, including a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), rights issue, or follow-on public offer (FPO).
This capital infusion aims to support the expansion of E2E Networks’ infrastructure capacity. The goal is to meet the growing demand for both AI and high-performance computing services.
Growing AI Infrastructure Footprint
E2E Networks has been actively expanding its AI infrastructure offerings. The company provides cloud computing, GPU-powered infrastructure, and its TIR AI/ML platform.
Earlier this year, the company also secured an order under the IndiaAI Mission. This further solidifies its position within India’s evolving AI computing ecosystem.
The company’s 17th Annual General Meeting is officially scheduled for September 28, 2026.
