Key Details of the Incorporation
- The new company, DMR Services, was incorporated under the Corporate Regulatory Authority of Bhutan.
- DMR Engineering’s 70% stake immediately establishes DMR Services as its subsidiary.
Clarification on Paid-Up Capital
The company also addressed a previous inadvertent error. An earlier intimation contained an incorrect detail in Table Point No. 1(iv) concerning the paid-up capital.
