Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited successfully raised ₹1,613.97 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), as announced in an exchange filing on July 28, 2026. The company’s Management Committee approved the allotment of 7.11 crore equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers.
Each share was issued at a price of ₹227, including a premium of ₹226 per share. This issue price represented a discount of ₹11.92, or 4.99 percent, compared to the floor price calculated under SEBI regulations.
