DHL Supply Chain has strategically secured a five-year lease for a sprawling 2.4 lakh square feet commercial facility in Hoskote, Bengaluru, committing to a monthly rent of Rs 56.4 lakh. This significant agreement, registered on July 10, 2026, underscores the escalating demand for large-scale warehousing in the region, as per property documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The lease officially commences on August 1, 2026, though DHL will benefit from a three-month rent-free period, with payments beginning November 1, 2026. This allows for operational setup without immediate rental burden until October 31, 2026.
