Delta Corp’s Q1 Financial Reversal

The total revenue for Delta Corp for the quarter ended June 2026 reached Rs 1334.30 million, showing only a marginal change. This figure represents a 1.93% increase from the Rs 1309.00 million reported in June 2025, indicating nearly flat top-line growth amidst the significant bottom-line shift.

Despite the revenue stability, the company’s financial performance saw a sharp reversal from a net profit of Rs 258.40 million in June 2025 to the current net loss. Operating Profit, however, demonstrated a robust increase, growing to Rs 577.10 million from Rs 423.20 million in the comparative June 2025 quarter.

  • Depreciation charges also saw a reduction, falling 26.09% to Rs 60.90 million from Rs 82.40 million.
  • Conversely, Profit Before Tax (PBT) recorded a steep decline of -548.60%, moving from a profit of Rs 333.30 million in June 2025 to a loss of Rs -1495.20 million in June 2026.

SEPC’s Concurrent Loss

SEPC’s financial results for the June 2026 quarter also reflected significant challenges, with the company reporting a Profit after Tax of Rs -181.66 million. This outcome places both entities under scrutiny following their latest earnings announcements.
