Deepa Jewellers Ltd has fixed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) price band between ₹168-177 per share for a total issue size of ₹460 crore.

The public subscription window is scheduled to open from September 1 to September 3, 2026. Bidding for anchor investors will commence one day earlier, on August 31, 2026.

IPO Structure & Allocation

  • Total IPO size: ₹460 crore
  • Fresh issue of equity shares: ₹250 crore
  • Offer for sale: More than 1.18 crore equity shares
  • Estimated market capitalization post-issue: Approximately ₹1,700 crore (at higher end)

The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds primarily for long-term working capital requirements. This includes funding inventory procurement, maintenance, and expansion, alongside general corporate objectives.

Investor Categories

  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 50 percent of the issue
  • Non-institutional investors: 15 percent
  • Retail investors: 35 percent

Deepa Jewellers, established in 2016, operates as an organized B2B entity. They specialize in the design, processing, and supply of hallmarked gold jewellery across key southern Indian states.

Their operational regions include Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. The company utilizes an outsourced manufacturing model, supported by a network of skilled artisans, to produce its diverse jewellery range.

The equity shares are set to list on both the BSE and NSE on September 8, 2026. Emkay Global Financial Services and Valmiki Leela Capital are acting as book-running lead managers, with Bigshare Services serving as the registrar for this issue.
