Decathlon India is gearing up for a major expansion, meaning more local sports gear and easier access for shoppers across the country. The company plans to inject €100 million by 2030, aiming to double its business.
Decathlon’s Big Growth Play
This significant growth strategy, unveiled by CEO Sankar Chatterjee, includes boosting the store network, enhancing technology, and strengthening the supply chain. Decathlon currently operates over 132 stores in more than 50 Indian cities, employing around 5,400 individuals.
