Established in March 2022, Cube Highways Trust operates as an Indian Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). Its business model involves acquiring, owning, operating, and managing road and other infrastructure assets across India.
Revenue generation primarily comes from toll collections and fixed payments from government contracts. Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd. sponsors the trust, providing financial backing and expertise.
The trust reported a revenue of ₹4,359.03 crores in 2026, up from ₹3,453.15 crores in 2025. Despite increased revenue, it recorded a loss of ₹216.72 crores in 2026, wider than the ₹35.72 crores loss in 2025.
The IPO features a syndicate of lead managers including Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, and JM Financial Limited. KFin Technologies Limited is serving as the official registrar, with the source suggesting long-term investment consideration.
