WazirX AI: Crypto Trading Assistant Launched in India
By ThePip Desk
WazirX launches WazirX AI, an advanced trading assistant for crypto. Integrates research, analysis, and trading for a streamlined user experience.
Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX has introduced WazirX AI, an advanced artificial intelligence trading assistant. This new tool integrates market research, portfolio analysis, and trade preparation into a unified conversational interface.
WazirX AI operates on an “Ask-Understand-Decide” model, coordinating market data retrieval, technical analysis, portfolio management, and order management for complex requests. It is seamlessly integrated into both the WazirX mobile application and its website.
Users can interact by asking questions related to:
- Real-time crypto prices and market news.
- Broader macroeconomic developments.
- Reviewing investment portfolios and approving trades directly.
Nischal Shetty, founder of WazirX, stated this integration is crucial for traders in 24/7 crypto markets. He noted it reduces the time and effort traditionally spent evaluating opportunities and executing trades, facilitating faster, more informed decision-making.
Advanced Trading Features and Risk Management
Key features of WazirX AI include:
- Live portfolio briefings covering account value, profit and loss, and open positions.
- Daily morning updates for market insights.
- Suggested position sizes before trade execution, based on predefined risk preferences.
- Preparation and execution of both spot and futures trades directly within a conversational flow.
Proposed orders are displayed via an approval card, detailing critical parameters like entry price, leverage, margin, stop-loss, take-profit, and estimated loss. Users can also set up monitoring instructions using natural language, such as requesting alerts if Bitcoin breaches a specific support level.
Streamlined Workflow and Simulated Trading
For sophisticated analysis, users can instruct the assistant to screen Indian Rupee futures for four-hour momentum. It can then filter opportunities against a specified risk-reward threshold, validate the shortlist across multiple timeframes, and prepare a trade order. WazirX claims this streamlined workflow can reduce a process that traditionally takes hours to less than 10 minutes.
In addition to its live trading capabilities, WazirX is introducing a paper-trading sandbox. This feature provides users with a simulated balance of USD 100,000 to test various trading strategies.
