IPO Performance Overview
The IPO was subscribed over 7.5 times overall. This strong demand was primarily driven by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), who subscribed 25.54 times.
The retail portion saw a subscription of 3.53 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 1.28 times by the end of Day 3.
Issue Details and Financials
The total issue size reached Rs 3,810.31 crore. Shares were priced between Rs 461 and Rs 485, with an estimated listing price around Rs 681.
The IPO included a fresh issue of 1.03 crore equity shares, valued at Rs 499.10 crore. An Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6.83 crore equity shares amounted to Rs 3,311.21 crore.
Retail investors faced a minimum bid size of 30 shares. This required an investment of Rs 14,550 at the upper price band.
HDFC Bank Ltd. served as the book-running lead manager. MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar. Share allotment is anticipated on July 28, with listing on the NSE and BSE tentatively scheduled for July 30.
