Gabriel India Approves ₹1,000 Cr NCD Issue

Gabriel India’s board greenlights a ₹1,000 crore NCD issuance via private placement on BSE Limited. A new Finance Committee will oversee the process.
Gabriel India’s board has given its approval for a significant fundraising initiative, aiming to secure up to ₹1,000 crore through the private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
This strategic decision, formally sanctioned during a board meeting held on August 24, 2026, outlines the issuance of senior, unsecured, rated, listed, and redeemable NCDs. These financial instruments are intended for subscription by eligible investors through a private placement route.
Issuance Specifications
- Approved Fundraising Ceiling: Up to ₹1,000 crore
- Total NCDs to be Issued: 1,00,000 units
- Face Value per NCD: ₹1,00,000
- Intended Listing Exchange: BSE Limited
In conjunction with this fundraising approval, Gabriel India has also established a new Finance Committee. This dedicated committee is tasked with overseeing the entire debenture issuance process, ensuring its smooth execution, and managing the company’s broader financing activities.
While the board has approved the framework, specific financial terms for these NCDs are still pending finalization. Details such as the exact tenure, the applicable coupon rate, the precise allotment date, maturity schedule, and redemption plan will be disclosed later.
The company has confirmed that these debentures will not carry any charge or security over Gabriel India’s existing assets. These outstanding terms will be comprehensively detailed in a forthcoming key information document, providing full transparency to investors.
