- Register using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and set up an M-PIN.
- After signing in, search for EPFO under the “All Services” section.
- Select “Track Claim,” then input your 12-digit Universal Account Number (UAN).
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) you receive to view your status.
Using the EPFO Portal
You can also check your pension status directly through the official EPFO portal. This method helps you find your PPO number and then track its progress.
- Visit the EPFO Member Passbook & Pensioner Portal.
- Use the “Know Your PPO No.” option to find your unique 12-digit number.
- Once you have your PPO number, select “Know Your Pension Status” under Online Services to see credit dates and amounts.
