Centricity, one of India’s fastest-growing technology-first wealth management companies, has successfully secured INR 280 crore in its Series A funding round. This significant investment, comprising equity and venture financing, was spearheaded by SMBC Asia Rising Fund.
Existing investors including Lightspeed India Partners, Burman Family Office, RAAY Investments, and Kuldeep Rathi Family Office also continued their participation. Stride Venture and Innoven Capital joined the round as well.
Strategic Capital Allocation
The newly acquired capital is earmarked for several strategic initiatives. Centricity plans to strengthen its proprietary technology stack and expand its B2B2C wealth distribution platform. Funds will also accelerate the growth of its private wealth and NRI global private client businesses across domestic and international markets.

Centricity addresses these challenges by offering a technology-driven ecosystem for independent financial advisors and affluent clients. Its platform emphasizes transparency and an open architecture, automating manual processes in portfolio consolidation, reporting, risk analytics, and investment monitoring.
