Ceigall India Limited has officially received a Letter of Intent from the Government of Bihar for the mining and supply of stone blocks. The contract spans a five-year duration and encompasses Lot No. 4 at Bhadokhara in Block-D of the Nawada district. Following the announcement, shares of Ceigall India traded at Rs 380.35, marking an increase of Rs 2.80 or 0.74% as of 12:33:38 PM IST on September 30, 2026.

Project Metrics and Financial Structure

The project was secured through a competitive bidding process via an e-reverse auction conducted by the Department of Mines and Geology of the Bihar government. The engagement is strictly domestic and does not fall under related-party transactions.

  • Initial annual project value: Rs 28.82 crore with an annual escalation of 20% over the five-year term.
