Ceigall India Ltd. posted a significant financial uplift for the quarter ended June 2026, marking its Q1 FY27, with consolidated net profit climbing 15% year-on-year. The company reported a net profit of Rs 61.3 crore, up from Rs 53.2 crore in the corresponding Q1 FY26 period.

Revenue from operations also saw robust growth, increasing by 15.7% year-on-year. This pushed the total revenue to Rs 970 crore, compared to Rs 838 crore recorded in the prior year’s first quarter.

The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) surged by 31.5%, reaching Rs 143 crore. This strong performance translated into an improved EBITDA margin of 14.8%, a notable increase from the 13% observed in Q1 FY26.

Segmental Performance and Drivers

The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business continued to be the primary profit driver for Ceigall India. This segment demonstrated healthier performance with both revenue and results showing substantial gains.

  • EPC Segment Revenue: Rose to Rs 8,088.86 crore from Rs 7,258 crore
  • EPC Segment Result: Increased to Rs 934.50 crore from Rs 554.82 crore

Conversely, Annuity Projects experienced a revenue jump of approximately 76% year-on-year, yet this segment remained loss-making. This indicates the annuity portfolio is currently in an investment and execution phase, as stated by the company.

Strategic Outlook and Order Book

Ceigall India has set clear financial guidance for FY27, projecting continued growth and healthy margins. The company also anticipates significant new order inflows for the fiscal year.

  • Minimum Revenue Growth (FY27): 15%
  • EBITDA Margins (FY27): Between 11% and 12.5%
  • Order Inflows (FY27): At least Rs 5,500 crore

As of the end of FY26, Ceigall’s robust order book stood at Rs 18,554.3 crore. The company is actively diversifying its project portfolio, moving beyond traditional roads and highways into renewables, transmission and distribution, and industrial infrastructure.
