Ceigall India JV Wins ₹2,150 Cr Arunachal Pradesh Road Contracts

Ceigall India, through a joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining, just landed four big road construction orders. These projects, valued at ₹2,149.62 crore in total, are for Arunachal Pradesh.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways awarded these deals on August 17, 2026. Ceigall India holds a 74% stake in the joint venture (JV), which means two companies working together, while Sushee Infra Mining holds the remaining 26%.

Arunachal Road Projects

These projects are under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, a contract covering design, build, and more. They focus on sections of NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway.

• First project: ₹521 crore for 0.000 km to 55.725 km of the Huri-Taliha section.
• Second project: ₹611.10 crore for 0.000 km to 78.38 km of the Sarli-Huri section.
• Third project: ₹525 crore for 55.725 km to 113.25 km of the Huri-Taliha section.
• Fourth project: ₹492.52 crore for 160.75 km to 209.90 km of the Huri-Taliha section.

Each project has a construction period ranging from 36 to 48 months. After construction, there’s a five-year maintenance period.

Quarterly Financials and Other News

In other news, the Delhi government’s Public Works Department cancelled a ₹330.84 crore tender. Ceigall India was the L1 bidder, meaning they offered the lowest bid, but the cancellation was due to ‘documentary consideration’.

The company also reported its June quarter financial results. Its consolidated net profit rose, along with revenue from operations.

• Consolidated net profit: up 15.5% to ₹61 crore.
• Revenue from operations: increased 16% year-on-year to ₹970 crore.
• EBITDA (core business profit): rose 32% to ₹143.8 crore.
• EBITDA margin (profit percentage from sales): expanded to 14.8%.

Shares of Ceigall India dipped slightly on Tuesday morning. However, the stock has shown significant gains over the past year, indicating investor confidence despite short-term fluctuations.
