Casagrand Premier Builder has secured approval from SEBI for its highly anticipated ₹1220 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). The real estate firm aims to significantly reduce its substantial outstanding debt with the funds raised.
IPO Details Unpacked
The IPO structure includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale, with a potential pre-IPO placement:
- Total IPO size: ₹1220 crore
- Fresh issue: ₹1200 crore
- Offer for sale: ₹20 crore by promoters Arun MN and Casagrand Luxor Private Limited
- Potential pre-IPO placement: ₹240 crore, which would reduce the fresh issue size.
