Consolidated Performance Highlights
- Consolidated net profit surged to Rs 874.02 crore for Q1FY27, marking a 62.03% increase from Rs 539.41 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
- Total consolidated income rose by 63.41% to Rs 1,706.72 crore in Q1FY27, up from Rs 1,044.45 crore during the same period last year.
The exchange’s overall financial health showed robust growth across its operations. This reflects strong income generation and efficient management during the reporting quarter.
Standalone Results Also Strong
- Standalone net profit increased by 71.04% to Rs 801.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to Rs 468.40 crore in the prior year.
- Standalone total income grew by 68.86% to Rs 1,601.44 crore for Q1FY27, against Rs 948.37 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
BSE’s standalone results mirror the positive consolidated performance, underscoring significant operational efficiency and revenue expansion during the reporting period. Both segments demonstrate a clear upward trajectory in financial metrics.
