Birla Estates enters Navi Mumbai’s Vashi with a Rs 2,600 crore redevelopment project, offering premium residences in a prime, well-connected location.

Birla Estates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate, has officially entered the Navi Mumbai market. This strategic move involves the redevelopment of the Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi, a venture undertaken jointly with an affiliate of Priyanka Group.

Key Project Figures

  • Total Revenue Potential: Rs 2,600 crore
  • Land Parcel Size: 3.06 acres (approximately 12382 sq.mts)

The project is set to feature a mix of premium and luxury residences across its substantial land parcel. Its prime location in Vashi offers significant advantages for future residents.

Strategically positioned in a prime Vashi neighborhood, the project benefits directly from its connectivity to the Sion-Panvel Highway and proximity to the Vashi railway station. This existing infrastructure will be further strengthened by the upcoming Gold Line metro, projected to link Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) and Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) via Vashi.

The luxury residences within this development are designed to offer exceptional views, encompassing the sea, gardens, and surrounding mangroves. Furthermore, the entire project will be developed in line with Birla Estates’ broader sustainability commitments across its portfolio.

This venture not only expands Birla Estates’ footprint into a crucial urban development hub but also underscores Aditya Birla Real Estate’s strategic diversification within its broader business operations, which also include Textiles, Cement, and Pulp and Paper manufacturing.
