Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced the strategic appointment of Shanti Ekambaram as an Additional Independent Director to its Board, effective July 30, 2026. This three-year term is contingent upon shareholder approval, bringing a wealth of experience to the pharmaceutical giant.
This decision, made by the Board following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
