South Indian Bank shareholders greenlit a ₹0.45 dividend for FY26 and appointed Mahesh Muralidhar Pai as MD & CEO at the AGM, alongside a ₹1,000 crore fundraising approval.
South Indian Bank shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹0.45 per equity share for fiscal year 2026 during their 98th Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2026.
The virtual AGM also ratified Mahesh Muralidhar Pai as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, alongside other key resolutions.
Key Approvals and Leadership
All seven proposed resolutions passed with the necessary majority at the meeting. Shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, which featured unmodified audit reports.
