Indian equity benchmarks concluded the trading day higher, successfully erasing earlier losses after an initial negative session. The BSE Sensex advanced by 287 points, while the NSE Nifty settled 115 points higher at 24,334.

Rahul Shah, a Research Analyst at Equitymaster, cautioned investors regarding increasing risks from rising valuations. He stressed the importance of not overlooking valuations, noting that even high-quality assets can become poor investments if acquired at inflated prices, especially with capital flowing into popular stocks and index funds.
Key Corporate Developments
Ceigall India Ltd. announced it received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) for a substantial road project in Arunachal Pradesh. This project is valued at Rs 7.047 billion.
- Project Scope: Construction of a section of the Lada-Sarli stretch of NH-913 (Frontier Highway)
- Joint Venture: With Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd., where Ceigall India holds a 74% stake

Separately, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) entered into a partnership with Nitco and its subsidiary Nitco Realties. This collaboration aims to develop land parcels in Thal and Lonare, Alibaug.

- HoABL’s Expected Share: Rs 30 billion over five years
