Puravankara’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL), has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at Rs 175 crore for a Chennai project. Concurrently, Home First Finance Company received approval to raise Rs 150 crore through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL) received the Letter of Intent from Red Connect. This significant order is for the execution of civil and structural works for the Ritz Carlton Project located at MRC Nagar, Chennai.
