NBCC has generated Rs 5,779 crore from the sale of office towers located in South Delhi. This transaction included the acquisition of two office towers by Russia’s Sberbank for approximately Rs 2,000 crore.

The sale was part of a larger e-auction involving 14 lakh sq ft of space across five towers at Bharat Business Park. This e-auction marks a record sale value for NBCC.

The funds secured from this sale will be allocated to support ongoing redevelopment projects undertaken by the organization.
