This move reflects a resurgence in India’s IPO market following a subdued 2025. For the year ended March 31, the company’s net profit more than tripled, and total revenue from operations increased by 31.8%.

Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley India, JM Financial, and SBI Capital Markets are managing the IPO as lead book-runners.
