Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI, aiming to raise ₹3,000 crore via an Initial Public Offering. The entire IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares.

The company boasts over two decades of experience in the gold loan sector. A Crisil report cited in the DRHP identified Muthoot Fincorp as the fastest-growing player among its peers in gold loan AUM.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Morgan Stanley India Company, JM Financial, and SBI Capital Markets are appointed as book running lead managers for the IPO.
