Laxmi India Finance recorded a substantial 69% year-on-year surge in net profit for Q1FY27, reaching ₹16.57 crore. This marks a significant increase from ₹9.78 crore reported in the same period last year.

  • Net Interest Income (NII): Expanded 39% to ₹47.06 crore
  • Fees & Commission Income: More than doubled to ₹5.67 crore

The significant financial uptick stemmed primarily from robust Net Interest Income expansion and a sharp rise in fee-based earnings. Strong operating leverage also played a crucial role in enhancing profitability during the quarter.

As of June 30, 2026, the Jaipur-based non-banking financial company maintained healthy asset quality metrics. Gross Stage-3 assets were reported at 2.08%, with net Stage-3 assets at 0.94%. The company’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (CRAR) stood strong at 25.32%, significantly exceeding regulatory requirements.

Laxmi India Finance’s Asset Under Management (AUM) has now exceeded ₹1,600 crore, a milestone achieved following its successful IPO in August 2025. The company operates 184 branches across six Indian states, primarily targeting Tier II and III cities for its expansion.
