Baanganga Gold & Diamond has filed its DRHP with SEBI to raise Rs 720 crore via a fresh equity issue for working capital and corporate needs.

Baanganga Gold & Diamond has officially filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The company intends to raise Rs 720 crore through an initial public offering.
