August 2026 poised for a major IPO surge with over 12 companies, including Zepto & Shiprocket, aiming to raise Rs 25,000 Cr. Discover key offerings and market drivers.
More than twelve companies are preparing to launch Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in August 2026, collectively aiming to raise over Rs 25,000 crore.
This includes prominent names such as quick commerce platform Zepto, housing finance firm Truhome Finance, and logistics provider Shiprocket.
Key Offerings Planned
Zepto intends to raise up to Rs 8,010 crore through a fresh issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS).
Truhome Finance has proposed an IPO of Rs 3,000 crore, split equally between a fresh issue and OFS components.
Elevate Campuses is set to raise Rs 2,550 crore entirely through a fresh issue.
Shiprocket’s IPO targets Rs 2,342 crore, comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,100 crore and an OFS of Rs 1,242 crore.
Innovatiview India is targeting up to Rs 2,000 crore solely through an OFS.
Milky Mist Dairy Food plans to raise Rs 1,553 crore in its public debut.
Market Sentiment Driving Activity
Merchant bankers indicate these IPOs will feature both fresh equity issuances and OFS components.
Bhavesh Shah, MD & Head – Investment Banking at Equirus Capital, noted that market stabilization and improved investor sentiment are encouraging previously delayed IPO plans to proceed.
Additional Companies in the Pipeline
Other companies preparing for their maiden public offerings include Dhoot Transmission and ARCIL (Asset Reconstruction Company India).
Ardee Industries, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, and Rays of Belief are also in the pipeline.
Hy-Tech Engineers, Shankesh Jewellers, and Learnfluence Education complete the list of firms eyeing public debuts.
