Q-Line Biotech SME IPO Analysis
Q-Line Biotech Ltd. (QBL) opened its SME IPO for subscription from May 21 to May 25, 2026, aiming to mobilize ₹214.48 crores.
The price band was set at ₹326-₹343 per share for QBL, a company specializing in developing, manufacturing, and marketing reagents and consumables for diagnostic healthcare needs.
Financially, QBL showed growth in its top lines but faced inconsistency in its bottom line, with a notable dip in net profit for FY25.
Dilip Davda, the reviewer, suggests the issue appears fully priced given the company’s financial data and the absence of listed peers.
The IPO proceeds were earmarked for working capital, repayment of borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
Hem Securities Ltd. and Share India Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. served as the lead managers for the Q-Line Biotech IPO.
Well-informed investors are advised to consider parking moderate funds in QBL for the long term.
