Augmont Enterprises secured ₹246.29 crore from 14 anchor investors, finalizing allocations before its Initial Public Offering (IPO) launches this Friday.

The company allotted 31.25 lakh equity shares to these investors, priced at ₹788 per share. This price represents the upper end of the IPO’s overall price band.

IPO Purpose & Timeline

Funds from the fresh issue are slated for future working capital needs, encompassing inventory procurement, expansion, and advance margin requirements. General corporate purposes will also utilize a portion of the capital.

The IPO has specific reservation criteria for different investor types. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) have up to 50% of shares reserved.

The basis of allotment is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, August 27. Refunds will begin and shares will be credited to demat accounts on Friday, August 28.

The company’s online platforms, Augmont SPOT and Augmont Gold For All, are significant revenue drivers. These platforms generated ₹84,762.62 crore in FY26, representing 90% of operational revenue.
