Atomberg Technologies, backed by Jungle Ventures, has filed its draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering, seeking to raise up to Rs 450 crore through a fresh issue of shares.
The IPO also includes an offer for sale of 76.5 million shares. Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for specific purposes.
Fund Utilization Breakdown
- Rs 90 crore: Repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings.
- Rs 150 crore: Investment in brand awareness and performance marketing.
- Rs 100 crore: Allocation for research and development (R&D) activities.
- Remaining funds: General corporate purposes.
The company has shown revenue growth, but adjusted Ebitda declined in FY26. Restated losses were also reported for FY26.

- Revenue from operations (FY26): Rs 1,293.77 crore (up from Rs 796.98 crore in FY24).
- Adjusted Ebitda (FY26): Rs 37.12 crore (down from Rs 152.07 crore in FY24).

Both online and offline revenue streams significantly increased over the past two fiscal years. The company expanded its product portfolio in 2025.
