Consumer appliance maker Atomberg Technologies files for an IPO with a Rs 450 crore fresh issue to fund expansion, R&D, and debt repayment.
Atomberg Technologies has filed draft papers with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering that includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 450 crore.
The consumer appliance manufacturer’s IPO also details an offer for sale comprising approximately 7.6 crore shares from existing investors. Promoters Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das are notably not divesting their shares in this offering.

In FY26, Atomberg’s revenue increased by 32%, reaching Rs 1,324 crore. However, its losses widened by 27% to Rs 148.9 crore during the same period.

- Home Appliances Revenue (FY26): Constituted 89% of operating revenue, primarily from fans and smart locks.
- Kitchen Appliance Growth: Significant, driven by mixer-grinder sales and the introduction of water purifiers.
- Online Channel Contribution (FY26): Accounted for 35.8% of consumer-appliance revenue.
- Retail Presence: Maintained 46,932 touchpoints across about 1,600 cities.
The company is further expanding its business-to-business components segment. It also holds a joint venture with Voltas for manufacturing air-conditioner compressors.
