Assetz Limited has filed for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in India, seeking to raise up to ₹6,300 million through a fresh issue of equity shares.
The proposed IPO also includes an offer for sale of up to 29,079,263 equity shares by existing shareholders. Its Pre-filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (P-DRHP) was submitted to SEBI on July 30, 2026.
Key Financials
The fresh issue of equity shares aims to raise ₹6,300 million. The reported total IPO valuation stands at approximately Rs 1,200 crore.
Assetz has previously raised and repaid over Rs 1,000 crore in project-level capital from various investors and financial institutions.
Advisory Roles
Trilegal served as the Indian legal counsel for Assetz Limited and its selling shareholders in this transaction. JM Financial, BofA Securities India, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are expected to be the book-running lead managers.

Assetz, a Bengaluru-based developer, specializes in the premium residential real estate segment. They have received project-level capital from entities like JP Morgan, Aditya Birla Capital, Motilal Oswal Alternates, and HDFC Ltd. over the years.
