Aragen Life Sciences has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO includes a fresh issue worth Rs 800 crore and an offer for sale of up to 27,329,192 equity shares.
Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for debt repayment and capital expenditure at its Hyderabad and Bengaluru facilities. These funds will also support general corporate purposes for Aragen Biologics, its subsidiary.

Aragen Life Sciences is the largest Indian CRDMO by breadth of solutions offered. It ranks among the top three in operating revenue among its Indian peers within a global CRDMO market valued at $171 billion in fiscal 2026.
In fiscal 2026, the company partnered with 591 customers globally. This included 16 of the top 20 Big Pharma companies as of March 31, 2026.
