Annu Projects is launching a 100% book-building initial public offering (IPO) from August 25, 2026, to August 28, 2026. The company set its equity share price between Rs 94-99.

IPO Offering Specifics

  • The IPO comprises 1,76,83,000 shares, each with a face value of Rs 10.
  • Not more than 10% of the issue is allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), including 5% for mutual funds.
  • Non-institutional bidders will receive not less than 40% of the issue.
  • Retail investors are allotted the remaining 50% of the offering.
  • Shares are priced 9.40 times their face value on the lower side and 9.90 times on the higher side.

Mefcom Capital Markets serves as the book running lead manager for the issue, with Charumita Bhutani as the compliance officer.

Company Operations and Reach

Annu Projects specializes in the design, development, implementation, operations, and maintenance of essential overhead and underground utilities infrastructure. This includes telecom, sewerage, gas pipeline, and railway signalling verticals.

  • More than 26,200 kms of optical fibre cable (OFC) network laid and 62,800 km of OFC networks maintained in telecom infrastructure.
  • Over 298 kms of sewerage pipes laid, alongside sewerage treatment plant construction and pumping station development.
  • More than 537 kms of MDPE laying (20 mm to 125 mm diameter) and 38,300 Galvanized Iron Pipes (GI) for domestic gas connections.

The company operates across four Indian states: Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, and Jharkhand. Its business adheres to ISO 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 certifications, reflecting its quality and safety standards.

Upon completion, the shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE exchanges.
